Mend Fisher & Paykel F-P Spin Load Machine

Why won't the F-p top loader spin or drain? is it off the track?

My f-p top load washing machine washed the clothes but it won't spin to drain. I can turn the tub by hand, but it looks like it is lower than before. Could it have spun off the track?

No it is normal. It does not spin to drain. It drains then spins. If it does not drain all water out it will not spin. Look at the drain pump for the problem.
