Mend Gainsborough SV800 Shower Temperature Filter

how do i fix my gainsbrough sv800 shower ?

there is power to the shower and water also i've checked the filter and its not blocked , the reduce temp light is ignited but where ever i turn the tempreture knob no water comes out , can you help please.
