Mend Hotpoint VTD00 Tumble Dryer Drum

drum not spinning ?

i have a hotpoint aquarius VTD00 and it is not spinning but still gets hot it is making the noise like it is spinning. can you help me? if you think it could be the belt can you advise how to get off.
