Mend TomTom GO 730 Series Red White

Tomtom go 730 series ?

Hi,

On bootup today my tomtom would not strt and a flashing red circle with a white x appeared - i am no techy to say the least but this is very annoying.

Can anyone give me a step by step fix - as i said not really a techy when it comes to these things
