Its your water dispenser that has failed,if you remove top of machine you will see long box above soap powder dispenser this will needto be replaced it has mechanism that sends water to washer.Or try using liquid detergent and put in washer drum to do your washing.Replacement part is about £50-60 pounds.If you need any advice email me.Regards Paul.

just thought its a water distributor and not a conveyor on this machine.Ask for price of a water distributor at a good parts supplier.

if you are getting a clicking noise coming from the soap draw its probably the stepper motor cogs worn on the conveyor top.this comes as 1 piece and cost about £70 in UK
