How can i fix my tail lights?

Hi

I have an escort 1.8si convertible N reg.

I have no tail lights, no front or rear fogs and no dashboard lights.
At first they would come on if I turned the lights on and off a few times.
Everything else works indicators, headlights etc

I have checked fuses cleaned battery terminals
and earths near the battery. I have not found a relay linking the lot.

Would be greatful if anyone could help
