Aaron - your question is full of anger, frustration and a couple of spelling mistakes - Calm Down and if you put another question in say the make & model of the bike - it may be important.
So you put in a new switch (ignition?) and wired it up presumably and at the same time you put in a new battery and connected it up.
You have measured the battery voltage so you probably have a volt meter. If you don't have one then borrow one - or use a spare headlight bulb on a couple of wires. Stick the black probe (one wire) on battery negative and use the other probe (wire) to trace where the power is.
From what you say I suspect you have made a wiring error with the new switch but I'm only guessing. You should see some power arriving at the switch and some power leaving it as the switch is operated. Get to know if you can, where each wire on the switch goes and what it probably does.
Little by little you will be able to find where the power is reaching and where not - sketch it out on the back of an envelope. In half an hour or so you will become an expert on bike wiring. In another half hour you will have it fixed.
Good luck...
