Could pos be a leakage? Try unplugging all appliances ect and see if it still trips its worth checking this out but i would say element but better safe than sorry if it does not trip with all items unplugged then good try adding one item back untill u get to the one that causes a trip usualy a kettle
If not element or leakage then get a spark in to test rcd and do board test periodic u may have a wire issue

Very probably a defective heating element in the grill causing a short between live and earth tripping the RCD and removing all power in the house.
You fix it by replacing the element or having a specialist do it for you. It may be the control but more probably the element.
