i have no power going to control panel of sterling 10 alarm any ideas?

no power to control box down stairs of sterling 10 alarm do i need new box or any ideas

check your fuse box first see if no fuses has gone or tripped if fine then open the main panel and check the pull out fuse where the mains connects check it has not gone if it has it needs to be replaced when you get it working again give it 24 hours to charge the battery
