Accenta Ideal 1999 power supply?

When I loose mains supplies the alarm goes off when main supplies are restored.Should I change the rechargeable battery? The fuse for the battery is OK.

Battery now replaced {cost £12.50 delivered from Amazon} and alarm works OK apart from bell and strobe not working at rear of house{red power light flashing ok}
Any ideas ?

well if the fuse is fine then yes but dont purchase a battery thats about 16 pounds visit your local alarm shop and they should be around 6 pounds to 12 pounds there very easy to fit good luck
