Mend Cannon 10287G Not Main Please Help

My timer will not opperate the main oven please help?

I have a cannon cambridge double oven cooker modle No 10287G the timer keeps flashing on and off and will not light up the bottom oven ,i am unable to set the timer .i will also need 3control knobs,and a door for the bottom oven as this will not shut up tight.
