Piaggio NRG DD?

thanks for that Pete I will have a chat with them. I have noticed now its not bad when cold but as soon as I go for about 0.5mile its loosing power and going back to 6000rpm. Do you think this is still the variator?

Your problem is the variator rollers they are now to heavy for your exhaust. Speak to PM Tuning and they will sort you out. To sum up your ped is in top gear ratio and the revs are now to low to pick up this is because the expansion pipe on your exhaust has changed the engine power band. Lower the variator weight and you will have a new bike.

Hi Adam
It had a race exhaust fitted before I bought it. The air filter is fine and clean and no holes drilled in the box. The make of the exhaust is a hand made zx if thats any help to you?

what exhaust pipe has it got on it standard or a race pipe and what make of race pipe if it has one and what air filter and is the air filter fitted properly with the filter cover screwed on properly and no silly holes drilled in the airbox,it sounds like its running weak to me so please supply answers to the questions above and we will try to help you.
