Mend Toshiba TZ50V51 Power Years Blue

Toshiba, TZ50V51, blank screen only a blinking power indicator?

I have a Toshiba TZ50V51 that is approximately 5 years old. Out of the blue all I get is a blank screen with only the power indicator blinking. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in. This did not help. What are my chances of getting it repaired at a reasonable price.

I have sent mine in twice already. It costs about $60.00 to fix. It seems to happen about once a year.
