fridge freezer hotpoint ff62p mstral frost free?

freezer compartment was not freezing food stripped down inside to find drain hole blocked so water had frozen solid and block air flow cleaned out drain and removed all ice. when to plug back in and now does not work no light no fan please can you help thank you stephen
