Mend Problem Please Help Me

how do i fix this problem, please help me!?

my colours have gone negative, black to white etc.. i changed some settings in graphics control but that's only
half the job, because it still looks bad.

i can only just read some lighter colours.

first off, you shouldnt be changing stuff that you dont know what it does... thats how u get in this situation. The only thing i can think of that changes your color would be the high resolution command (Ctrl+alt+prtsc) but anything beyond that you should call your PC provider.
