My Ford KA won't start. When the key is in the electrics work (lights on dashboard, windows up and down, car locks)but when i try and turn it over the electrics go off and nothing happens with the engine.
Exactly the same as my ka i can jump mine and it works but then when i get up the next morning and go to start. it just clicks. Took it on a long run up the motorway to see if could recharge battery but still happens. i had a new battery last year so i cant see it being that. Been told it could be starter motor or alternator. going to take to a garage for prices will keep you posted

Sounds like a flatish battery to me, have ya tried a jump start?
