my logik flat screen t,v.? its 32inch lcxw32hd1,rating -100-240?

i have a logik t,v 32inch ,model number lcxw32hd1,after about 10 minutes of watching the tv a shadow covers 3/4s of the screen then after about 10 minutes goes off again ,but keeps coming back,its driving me mad ,does anybody have an idea what it is,
