radiators Glow worm boiler ?

sounds like you may have a blockage causing some rads not to heat and the system to pump over, or the pump may be running too slow. try setting the pump to it's maximum speed, then turn off all the radiators except one of the downstairs ones to try and force the blockage through, with heating only on. then turn on one of the downstairs rads on at a time. if that doesn't work then maybe try a new pump, but if it's a blockage then best to get an engineer in to try and trace it
