Mend Proline EF6200W Fan Oven Turn

Proline EF6200W Fan not Turning?

I have a Proline fan oven and the fan is not turning.It starts off really really slowly and if I turn the thermostat on too it gets really hot and doesnt look right. Can I fix it?? Many thanks.
