How do I take off my door panels on my ford galaxy?

I would like to know how to take the door panles off on my fod galaxy?

The panel is held with push on fittings about every 3" around it which need to be prized off.The door handle needs to be removed by removing the screw and then pushing forwards and then the panel is lifted upwards to remove it.The speaker stops on the door frame
