cannon chichester clock/timer?

After a powercut how do I reset the clock on my Cannon Chichester - the main oven won't work without the clock active?

On my oven clock - I depress and hold in buttons 2 & 3 from the left and use the + & - buttons to set the time - any time will do.

I hope yours is similar...
