Mend Since Cold Working

since cold weather my radio/cd has stopped working in the card?

since the snow my radio and cd has stopped working. It looks like its on the light is still working my no sound. Also the aerial wont rise, perhaps frozen, but I cant get any sound

Ours did the same. A friend of my sister is a renault mechanic and she said there was a fault in the 56 megane stereo's that caused them to fail in the cold. We took ours to Renault and they checked the wiring etc was fine and then ordered us a new one - there is a backlog though as it has affected thousands
