how do I get the pilot light on my worcester greenstarhe boiler to turn on?

we are having the exact same problem with our greenstarHE. i though the operating gas pressure was set to high and due to demand over the coldsnaps its got too low for the operating pressure and stopped working. Last time we put a heater in the bathroom for an hour or two and then it relight.i wonder if the pipe is frozen a bit. we cant put a kettle to it as it's up too high on the roof. no ladders you see.

sounds like the condensate pipe is frozen up outside
try a kettle of hot water on it
