Mend Biasi 24SE Heating Plumbing Boiler

plumbing and heating?

my biasi 24se fires up, overheats, in domestic water mode then cuts out, when switched to central heating mode it fires up and i cant control heat temperature and have to switch it off manually, what is the problem
