Any one know if you can when you have a power cut bypass the elecric ignition?

The electrics cannot be bypassed as the gas control valve is both electrically (solenoid) and mechanically (thermocouple) safety interlocked. This means that the gas is cut off in the event of either loss of electrics or the flame goes out.

the plug is what starts the ignitor the plug is also a transformer,ive got the same fire and had nowt but problems its shite.
