I fitted a new battery to my 1999 peugot vivacity and since then it has been running fine for around 7 minutes then it slowly bogs as if the ignition has been switched off, I have tried a different coil,a different carb and cleaned out the fuel system but it is still doing the same thing, Does anyone have any Suggestions.

if the engine dies after a few minutes each time check
the fuel tank is breathing freely.
if the fuel used is not replaced by air it will create a vacum in the tank and eventually starve the engine of fuel.

does the fuel tap work ok ?the vaccum tap fuel tap should only let fuel run out of the tap when there is a vaccum being pulled on the diapragm.also another possibility is that the primary ignition coil has a fault i have know it before on 50's and 125's and also motocross bikes are prone to it.The coil itself stops producing current when it gets to a certain temp,i would check the spark is ok when the bike cuts out so carry a plug spanner and make sure you can get to it when its dies take the plug out put it back into the ht cap and rest it on the engine on a clean metal part or a clean metal part of the frame and turn the engine over and see if it sparks ok.
