Mend Ideal Classic LFFX Heating Boiler Fault

any ideas? fault with my Ideal classic lxff boiler?

RADIATOR SYSTEM WILL ONLY WORK WHEN WATER HEATER IS ON. TRIED RESETTING THE PROGRAM CONTROL BUT THAT DIDNT WORK.
