Over the years Mcculloch have used many different diameters of fuel hose, difficult to say what yours should be, some had a roll pin inside the tube to increase the diameter where it passed through the tank, could you introduce somthing like this? some had a rubber grommet in the tank to decrease the hole diameter, i am sure there is a way around this with a little thought.
