berlingo 2.0 hdi 51 plate ?

hi when the van is started 4 the first time is revs up fine then just wont rev up. any help would be very helpful

yes wot happend is i was usein the van it was fine then i serviced it about 2 weeks b4 it got taken off the road, it was not used 4 about 6 weeks then i went 2 use it and it just will not rev up. thanks 4 replying m8
