turn off the machine at the bottom of the machine there is a plastic cover, if you take that off you will find a stopper. before you open it geta shallow tray to catch the water and an old towel. open it up it will be full of old powder gunk and a dribble (or a bit more) of water clean it out it should then work. remember to put the stopper back in
