Mend Fiat 188A1.000 Heater Hot Coming

how do i unblock the matrix heater on my fiat punto 1999?

There is hot water going into the matrix heater , but not coming out . Why is this , and is there a way to unblock it ?

Fiat Fiat 188A1.000 Vehicles, Cars Heater Hot Coming

attach a hose pipe to the heater pipes where they go in to the bulkhead. flush it in one direction, then the other direction. try not to get the engine wet.
