Mend IGNIS ADL347 Reset Stopped Working Light

How do I do a master reset on an IGNIS ADL347?

IGNIS ADL347 has just suddenly stopped working. Just shows an error light and will not do anything. Is it possible to do a master reset?: we have tried switching the mains off and back on again.

any other tips help or suggestions would be appreciated
