Problem with BIASI boiler?

My BIASI 24S boiler is running the central heating OK, but will not run hot water to any of the taps or bath / shower. It is as if the boiler doesn't recognise when the hot water is on.

What component within the boiler would register the hot water flowing and fire up the boiler?
