If it has air con the pollen filter could be blocked up,see hand book(i would bin the old one myself) If its only hot air it will not blow,get the garden hose and flush the heater rad through both ways for about 20 mins till clean water flows out.Refill with new anti freeze and bleed up system.If the carpet isnt wet in front foot wells then the heater rad should be in good condition and this should cure problem,hope this helps
