Mend Vauxhall Zafira Air Coming Vents

smell of petrol from my air vent?

when i put my heating on in my vauxhall zafira theres sometimes a strong smell of petrol coming from the vents i have changed my pollen filter but it still smells any suggestion would be appreciated.

our car's fuel line to the injector rail on top of the engine comes loose over time. Just shove it back down. seems to work.
