Mend Ford Galaxy Auto Gearbox

autobox ?

i have a 1995 2ltre galaxy auto, where is the filling point for the auto gearbox please many thanks

There is no dipstick tube as in the other post. The filler tube is at the front of the gearbox. It has a red anti tamper seal on it. Remove this and the bung. What looks like the drain is in fact the fluid level, check running. Even with my equipment it is a pain to get to the filler tube.

you can pour it down the gearbox dipstick tube.
