machine was on quick wash when it went to prewash bye itself now prewash light flashes all the time and green light on ready is on washing machine just wone do anything now plz help

press and hold the start button in for 5 seconds.remove the filter and use a torch to look inside and check the drain pump impellor rotates freely and isn't jammed up
