I have a Zanussi ZWD 12270 W1 washer/dryer not working?
I have the above mentioned washer/dryer which is just 2 days out of its years warranty. Unfortunately, it is now not working. I loaded the machine with washing & turned the sequence dial to an ordinary wash, the LED display just shows '000' & the child lock sign but the machine continues to beep although the door does open but it will not allow me to select anything or overide to start a new wash cycle can you help??
Hi your door lock needs to be replaced as it has stuck in the open position , hope this helps

turn on.press options button and extra rinse button together.If it is only just out of warranty by 2 days you would be well advised to get in touch with the manufacturers servicing department and see what they advise
