Mend Vuon Hyndai Repair Picture Sound

my tv is flashing or blinking when i turn it on ?

when i turn the TV on it blinks or flash for about 15mins now it been blinking for 4 hours, the picture is great but the sound will not come in till it stop blinking the TV is only 3 years old, it a vuon Hyndai please help
