Mend Worcester 240 RSF Boiler Gas Valve

modureg adjustment?

i am unable to achieve any adjustment on a new gas vale. Have followed the normal procedure but end up with no modulation. The boiler is a Worcester 240 RSF combi about 10 or 11 years old

they are a pain in the arse to adjust for some reason, as the gas valve is much the same as on most bolilers of this age, best to call worcester for advice.
