hi there if you have timber frames or upvc make sure all sealant on the exterior is in good condition. make sure all vents are kept open if this is a bathroom you may need a mechanical vent fitted. If the dampness is due to condensation keeping the bathroom door closed and the cooker hood vented to the outside will help
