Mend Matsui 20T20(A) Model Plays Play

My Matsui TV Model 20T20(A) only plays PS2 Games in B&W why?

My Matsui Model 20T20(A) will only Play PS2 Games in Black & White and not Colour.
This applies on NTSC and Pal games.
What can I do to correct this.
