Mend x2Gen 22" Screen Displays White

How do I fix my 22" x2Gen monitor?

When I start my computer my 22" x2gen monitor screen displays is all white light. After it warms up ( about 20 minutes), I turn it off, wait 30 to 40 seconds and turn it back on. Than the dispay comes up normal. Is there a fix?
