The part which dispenses water under the top basket is knocking under it. It's spinning at an angle and the water appears to be collecting on one side. I thought it must be a blockage so I've tried to clear it but it's a sealed unit and I can't seem to clear it. Can anyone advise if they've had this problem and how they fixed it? Not sure if a descaler might help or if I need to replace it? Thanks
