Broken Connect-it Wall mounted fire?

Ours seems to have burnt out tonight, a loud click --then a Burning smell ? Could it be the fan or the element ?? and who would you ring to fix it ? Its just over a year old.

Do I buy another (wilkinsons now have them for half price we paid... I would swallow a re purchase as a last resort) --and wondered if the *innards* could be changed over ??
