Mend Hotpoint WF704 Washing Machine Belt Replacement

how do i put a drive belt on my hotpoint wf704,washing machine?

the belt has come of the drum, i simply cannot stretch it from drum to motor as it dont stretch, i can not see how to loosen the motor to allow any flexibility
