Mend Gardtec 350 Security System Window

Inactivate alarm system Gardtec 350?

The property where the alarm is fitted is now rented out to tennents, the alarm is not in use but when the bathroom window is opened the interior alarm goes off, this is stopped when code entered. Would like to know how to render alarm inactive if possible. Many thanks
