why is one of the indicators blinking quickly on my fiesta?

why is one of the indicators blinking quickly on my fiesta?
it is my mums car and she wants me to change the bulb all im wondering is if it is because one of the bulbs have blown of a fuse? hopefully something simple?
its a 1999 fiesta.

check all indicators front and back are working this is usually due to 1 bulb being blown, either that or the relay or the switch itself.
