Mend Temperature Heating Takes

keeps locking out when reaches temperature on heating side ?

keeps locking out on central heating side and takes about 20 mins to reset........

this question is to vague.

but why would you want a boiler to STAY-ON if the SET room temperature has been ACHIEVED? (the boiler has done its job).
once temp has been reached boiler should only fire when the temp thermostat calls for it,this is when it detects a temperature change of a couple of degrees
