Wheels off, crack the bleed nipple after clamping the flexi hose, lever the inner pad back, remove the spring clip, remove both 19mm calliper bolts, flick out the pads, pull forward the slide calliper, clean and grease the 2 pins, push back the remainder of the piston, and refit the sliding calliper, fit the pads, refit the calliper, bleed brakes.
This proceedure i do every 3 years or after a brake fluid test. Otherwise, just gently force back the piston without clamping the flexi hose.
Min disc thickness 19mm front vented, 1999-2006, or if you see a big lip or disc worn bowed from top to bottom, replace....
